What this is about

These terms apply to the game Eyeball at https://pr.eyeballit.app, offered by Niklas Trapp, Mooswaldstrasse 11, 79576 Weil am Rhein, Germany (“we”). Eyeball is free. When you play, as a guest or with an account, these terms apply.

The game

Eyeball is a game for fun. There is no right to it always being available or keeping particular features. We keep developing the game: modes, tasks, points, levels, prices and rewards can change, be rebalanced or be removed.

Age

Eyeball is for ages 16 and up. Younger players may only play with their parents’ permission.

Your account

• An account belongs to one person. Keep your password secret.
• Your username and bio must not insult anyone, contain anything illegal or pretend you are someone else.
• We may change or reset inappropriate names or texts.

Linsen and virtual items

• Linsen are an in-game currency. You only earn them by playing; they can’t be bought.
• Linsen and items have no monetary value. They can’t be cashed out, sold or transferred to others (except through game features such as bets).
• We may adjust Linsen, prices and items, for example to rebalance the game or fix mistakes.
• If you delete your account, your Linsen and items are gone.

Casino and bets

In the casino and in bets you only stake Linsen. It is never about real money and there is nothing of value to win – it is not gambling in the legal sense. If real gambling is causing you problems: help is available at check-dein-spiel.de.

Play fair

Not allowed:

• cheating – scripts, bots, automated input or exploiting bugs (please report bugs through the contact form)
• several accounts to gain an advantage (for example to move Linsen back and forth)
• harassing, insulting or threatening others
• content that breaks the law or others’ rights
• attacks on Eyeball or attempts to overload the servers

Reports and moderation

You can report players with “Report player”, anything else through the contact form. We review reports by hand.

For violations we can remove or change content, reset results, Linsen or items, and ban accounts temporarily or permanently. How strongly we react depends on how serious and how frequent the violation is. Our automatic cheat detection only flags anomalies – a human always decides.

If you are banned, the sign-in shows the reason and how long it lasts. If you think it is wrong, write to us through the contact form; we’ll take another look.

Your content

You are responsible for your username, your bio and your messages. You allow us to show them in the game as long as your account exists.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We can end an account for serious or repeated violations. Guest accounts are deleted automatically when they haven’t been used for a long time (see the privacy policy).

Liability

Eyeball is free. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are not liable as far as the law permits – in particular not for lost game progress, Linsen or items.

Changes

We announce significant changes to these terms under “What’s new”. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.

Law and language

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in. The German version is binding; the other languages are translations.
